Rental of Panels for pasting posters at conferences
Autogram designed and presents special Panels for displaying posters during the Conference. These panels are very simple, light, two-sided and Autogram undertakes the transport to the conference area, and the collection after the end of the Conference.
The cost of the lease is particularly low, e.g. for 10 pcs of panels measuring 1 X 2 m (see relevant panel construction model) with melamine 8 mm, 2 sides, it is only Euro 600 + VAT.
These panels were made to meet the need of conference attendees who come with a number of posters they want to display during the Conference.
They have a large adhesive surface, e.g. 1.00 X 1.83 m on 2 sides, i.e. 3.66 sq.m. Easy to paste the posters! ! !. It can be done with simple selotape, with double-sided stickers, with a scratch sticker, etc.
Shipping and receiving at the conference site (within Athens)
The panels are transported and picked up from the conference area under the responsibility of Autogram. Autogram undertakes to deliver the Panels to the Conference Entrance on the agreed day and time. The organization of the Conference undertakes the receipt and arrangement of the Panels within the Conference area. Similarly, the organization of the Conference undertakes after the end of the work to collect the panels at the Entrance for Autogram to pick them up. The cost of sending and receiving the panels is Euro 200,- + VAT
Shipping and Receiving at the conference site (outside Athens)
The panels are transported and received by the carrier that will undertake the shipment of the panels outside of Athens. The organizer of the Conference outside Athens must provide a guarantee equal to the purchase value of the Panels, which is returned upon the return of the panels.

The purchase value of the Panels is twice the rental value, i.e. Euro 120,- + VAT Construction model of the Panel
